Our team is made up of five staff members and 12 board members. We work together to ensure that community members like YOU thrive in Pittsburgh. In addition to our staff, volunteers are an integral part of our organization.

With steps to form a formal organization beginning in 2010, BCAP has grown into a nationally recognized community organization through the dedication and determination of those who support us.
In 2012 we became an official non-profit organization, and in 2022 we proudly celebrate 10 years as a trusted community service provider.

We strive to ensure a high quality of life for Bhutanese community members in Pittsburgh. We do so through culturally informed services and programs.
Our goal is to ease the transition of community members into American society by providing support, education and a sense of community.
